If a product is delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers must notify the respective shop within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with tags/seals intact
- Accompanied by all original accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
3. Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel an order:
- Anytime before dispatch by the shop
- By refusing delivery if it arrives before cancellation is confirmed
4. How to Initiate a Return
Customers must:

- If eligible, follow the return instructions provided by the shop
5. Refund Timelines
Once the return is approved and passes the quality check, refunds are issued as follows:
- Store Credit – within 1–2 business days
- Bank Transfer – within 7–12 business days
- Credit Card Reversal – within 1–3 business days
6. Return Rejection
If a return request is declined:
- The customer will be informed of the reason
- The product will be sent back at no additional shipping cost
